🐾 Trial of Optional Additional Services at Daycare 🐾
Firstly, thank you so much to the 61 of you who took the time to complete our survey. We’ve had lots of lovely feedback and requests from you, so we’re trialling a small number of optional add-on services alongside your usual daycare.
✨ Important to note: Our normal daycare routine, care, and staff attention will not change in any way. These services are completely optional, with limited availability and will not affect dogs who do not use them.
All services are on a trial basis with limited spaces available and can be booked on the day.
✅ Services Available to Start Immediately (Yippeeeee for Tuesday dogs tomorrow!)
🚿 Warm Rinse & Towel Dry
* Paws, legs & belly (perfect for muddy days!)

* We’ll just need to know your collection time so we can make sure they’re ready to go and stay indoors or on astro fields after their rinse!
🎓 1-to-1 Training Sessions
* 20–30 minute sessions
* £15
* If there’s anything specific you’d like us to work on, please let us know via the chat on our app
🧠 1-to-1 Enrichment
* 15 minutes of tailored enrichment
* £7
* Again, let us know if you’d like us to focus on anything specific
✂️ Nail Clipping – £10

FAQs
Will this affect normal daycare or dogs not using these services?
No. Our normal daycare routine, care levels, and staff attention will not change. These services are optional, limited, and offered alongside our usual care — not instead of it.
Are these services compulsory?
Not at all. They are completely optional and only for owners and doggies who would like to use them.
Will staff be taken away from standard daycare dogs?
No. Services are limited in number and carefully scheduled so that standard daycare care and supervision remain our top priority at all times.
Why are spaces limited?
We are trialling these services slowly to make sure they fit comfortably within our day and maintain the quality of care you expect. Limiting numbers helps us do this properly.
How do I book a service?
During the trial period, bookings can be made:
* Via the chat on our app, or
* At morning handover
Do I need to give any extra information?
* For training sessions, please let us know if there’s anything specific you’d like us to work on (via app chat or whatsapp).
* For enrichment sessions, let us know if your dog enjoys or benefits from anything in particular.
* For rinses, we’ll need to know your collection time.
How will payment work?
For the trial period, all services will be added to your usual invoice.
What if my dog doesn’t suit a service?
If at any point we feel a service isn’t suitable for your dog on that day, we won’t go ahead — your dog’s comfort and wellbeing will always come first!
Is this permanent?
Not yet. These services are currently being offered on a trial basis, and we’ll review how they work before making any long-term decisions.
